What we collect
The booking form on this site asks for a name, an email address or phone number, your training background, a preferred time window and an optional note. That is the whole list. We do not run tracking pixels, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website.
Why we keep it
We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you and schedule the session you asked about. If you become a member, your contact details move into our class-booking and billing system, which is covered by a separate membership agreement you sign at the gym.
Who can see it
Only the coaching staff of Crossfit PTC, Inc. Enquiries arrive in the gym's own email inbox. We do not sell, rent or trade contact information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked about a class.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a membership are deleted within twelve months. Member records are kept as long as your membership is active and for the period afterwards required for tax and insurance purposes.
Health information
If you tell a coach about an injury so we can scale your training safely, that note is stored with your member record and shared only with the coaches who will be on the floor with you. We will not pass it to anyone else without your say-so.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep a record.
- Reply "stop" to any message and we will not contact you again.
Photos in the gym
We sometimes photograph classes for the website and social posts. Tell any coach that you would rather not be in them and we will keep you out of frame — no explanation needed.
Children
Athletes under 18 train with written consent from a parent or guardian, and we do not collect information online from anyone under 15.
