Six ways to train on Tiger Way

Same coaches, same standards, different doses. Most members live in the daily class; the rest of this list exists for the weeks when life, a season or a shoulder says otherwise.

What we run

Prices are not posted because a drop-in, an on-ramp and a standing private slot are not the same purchase. Ask at your intro and you will get a straight number.

Daily coached class

The backbone of the gym. One hour, one coach, capped at sixteen athletes: warm-up, a skill or strength piece, the workout of the day, then cool-down and clean-up.

  • Every movement has a scaled version written on the board
  • Coach demos, then walks the floor for the whole hour
  • Results logged so you can see the trend, not just today
Mon–Fri 5:00, 6:00, 9:00am, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm · Sat 8:00, 9:00am

Fundamentals on-ramp

Six sessions in a group of four or fewer, built for people who have never squatted with a barbell. You learn the nine foundational movements before you ever race a clock.

  • Air squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, jerk, deadlift, sumo pull, clean
  • Empty bar first — load is added only when the position holds
  • Finishes with a short benchmark so you have a starting number
New block every other Monday · evenings or Saturday morning

Barbell & engine block

A twelve-week add-on for members who want a specific number to move: a squat, a clean, a 2k row or a first sub-25 5k. Written progression, retested at the end.

  • Runs after the evening class, so it stacks onto your normal week
  • Percentages built from your own tested maxes, not a template
  • Coach Marcus reviews video between sessions
Tue & Thu 6:30pm · 12-week cycles

One-on-one strength coaching

A private hour on the platform. Common reasons: returning from a rough shoulder or back, learning the lifts away from a crowd, or prepping for a season with a real deadline.

  • Single sessions or a standing weekly slot
  • We coordinate with your physical therapist if you have one
  • Programming you can take into the group class afterwards
Weekday mornings, early afternoons and Saturday late morning

Teen athlete hour

For 15 to 18 year olds from Fayette County schools during their off-season. Strength, sprint mechanics and landing work — the boring things that keep a season from ending early.

  • Loads kept conservative, technique graded every session
  • Parents welcome to watch from the north wall
  • Coach sign-off required before any teen joins an adult class
Mon, Wed, Fri 3:30pm during school terms

Drop-in for visiting athletes

In town for a tournament at the Aberdeen fields or visiting family? Take the daily class with us. Tell us your usual box and we will scale nothing you do not want scaled.

  • Message a day ahead so the coach can plan equipment
  • Showers, chalk and a place to leave your bag
  • Flat drop-in rate, no membership paperwork
